Bithumb announced on the 23rd that it will participate as an official partner in the carbon-neutral cycling event "2024 Daegu Granfesta" to be held on the 26th.
The 2024 Daegu Granfesta, held for the first time this year, is a "carbon-neutral cycling competition" that promotes a healthy lifestyle and practices carbon neutrality through cycling. It will take place around the Gunwi Sports Complex in Daegu, and participants will ride a Granfondo-level course with a total length of 117 km, starting from Gunwi Sports Complex, passing through the Cardinal Kim Soo-hwan Birthplace Love and Sharing Park, Cheongro Bridge, Hantijae, Hwasu Samgeori, Dangjae Summit, and returning to Gunwi Sports Complex.
As an official partner, Bithumb plans to offer benefits to about 2,000 visiting participants. First, all participants will receive Bithumb rewards worth 10,000 KRW, and new members will receive an additional 10,000 KRW reward. New members can also receive overlapping benefits of 20,000 KRW from the ongoing "Welcome Mission," allowing them to enjoy more rewards.
Additionally, all participants will be provided with a "Bithumb Thumbs Up Energy Pack," including energy gels for muscle fatigue recovery, as part of the welcome kit to support a safe completion of the race.
