Goyang City to Host 'Goyang Animal Communication Healing Festival' on the 26th

Goyang Special City will hold the "2024 Goyang Animal Communication Therapy Cultural Festival (Pet Culture Festival)" on the 26th. The photo shows the scene from last year's Goyang Animal Communication Therapy Cultural Festival.
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 23rd that it will hold the "2024 Goyang Animal Communication Healing Cultural Festival (Pet Culture Festival)" at Ilsan Cultural Square on the 26th.
Following last year, this festival is held to commemorate the designation of Animal Protection Day on October 4th and to promote the establishment of a mature pet culture and the awareness of animal communication healing.
At the festival, visitors can enjoy and experience various animal communication healing programs, mini sports events, pet OX quizzes, "Freeze as You Are," agility experiences, and other programs with their pets.
Additionally, there will be a stray dog adoption campaign, behavior correction education, health consultations, flea markets, and corporate promotions. The event is held in conjunction with the "2024 Pets Run" hosted by the Goyang Tourism Association.

A city official said, "This pet culture festival offers a variety of attractions and event programs that can be enjoyed not only by pet owners but also by non-pet owners, so we hope many citizens will show interest and participate."
