Verification of Compliance with Reported Matters for 7 Aggregate Screening and Crushing Businesses
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 22nd that from the 17th to the 21st, it conducted guidance and inspections on seven aggregate companies operating within the city for aggregate screening and crushing operations.
During this inspection, to prevent complaints and accidents related to aggregate screening and crushing, the city checked whether the aggregate screening and washing activities complied with the reported details at the aggregate screening and crushing companies within the jurisdiction.
The main inspection items included △ compliance with the obligation to report changes in aggregate mining business △ implementation of necessary measures such as facilities and equipment according to registration and reporting △ possession and preparation status of the aggregate mining site management ledger △ capital, facilities, equipment, technical personnel, and quarterly aggregate mining status △ site management, equipment availability, and conformity of aggregate test items for distributed aggregates.
Through this inspection, companies that did not keep the aggregate mining site management ledger at the site office were given on-site corrective orders, and companies that did not meet the registration standards for aggregate mining business will be subject to administrative measures according to the Aggregate Mining Act.
