Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association Holds Launch Ceremony for 'Bandabi Volunteer Group'
The Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association held the '2024 Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association Bandabi Volunteer Corps Launch Ceremony' on the 21st at the Bandabi Sports Center club room in Dongducheon.
The Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association (President Park Hyung-deok) in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 22nd that it held the '2024 Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association Bandabi Volunteer Corps Inauguration Ceremony' on the 21st at the Bandabi Sports Center club room in Dongducheon.
The event was attended by the President of the Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association (Dongducheon Mayor Park Hyung-deok), Kim Seung-ho, Chairman of the Dongducheon City Council, city council members, the vice presidents and directors of the Dongducheon Disabled Sports Association, Han Dae-su, President of the Dongducheon City Federation, volunteer groups, and about 40 staff members of the Disabled Sports Association.
The 'Bandabi Volunteer Corps' was formed to efficiently carry out volunteer activities with local citizens, promote the health of people with disabilities, ensure a healthy leisure life, and further activate sports activities for people with disabilities.
At the inauguration ceremony, appointment certificates were presented, and an oath to reaffirm the volunteer corps' commitment was read aloud, followed by congratulatory speeches and greetings.
