Yeoncheon-gun is holding the Yeoncheon Chrysanthemum Festival at Jeongok-ri Site until the 27th.
Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 22nd that the Yeoncheon Chrysanthemum Festival will be held at Jeongok-ri Ruins until the 27th.
This year, through the Chrysanthemum Festival, Yeoncheon-gun showcased over 200 sculptures including Jaein Waterfall, Yeoncheon Station Water Tower, and Mirror Gate, as well as more than 800 bonsai works. With 16,500㎡ of chrysanthemum plantings, the festival created a beautiful and diverse autumn spectacle highlighting the characteristics of Yeoncheon.
During the Yeoncheon Chrysanthemum Festival, tasting and experience booths featuring Yeoncheon specialties will also be operated. From the 25th to the 27th, a three-day agricultural market will be held to sell Yeoncheon’s specialty products such as rice, soybeans, and yulmu (Job's tears).
