Paju City formed an integrity council consisting of appraisers designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and real estate sector representatives on the 17th, signed an integrity practice agreement, and is taking a commemorative photo.
On the 18th, Paju City in Gyeonggi announced that on the 17th, it formed an Integrity Council in the real estate sector with appraisers designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and signed an integrity practice agreement.
The 'Integrity Council in the Real Estate Sector' is a public-private consultative body established to enhance the transparency of publicly announced real estate prices and to spread an honest public service culture. It is scheduled to operate throughout the second half of this year.
The main contents of the agreement include ▲a resolution to comply with the Anti-Graft Act and Code of Conduct ▲creation of a sound real estate market and protection of citizens' property rights ▲evaluation of appropriate prices for publicly announced land prices and review and analysis of price balance among publicly announced land prices to ensure appropriateness and balance.
According to this agreement, the two organizations agreed to prioritize integrity as the highest value in creating trusted publicly announced real estate prices and to actively discover and promote practical tasks.
