Datarize announced on the 16th that it will hold a joint webinar titled "Succeeding with Shopping Malls in Japan" on the 21st, together with SG Holdings' Korean subsidiary, SAGAWA Logistics Korea, a leading Japanese logistics company, and R6B, an agency specializing in Shopify-based e-commerce development.
This webinar is designed to provide practical information and success know-how from local experts to Korean e-commerce companies aiming to enter the Japanese market. Datarize plans to share the latest trends in shopping mall operations in Japan, customer relationship management (CRM), and logistics strategies in collaboration with SAGAWA Logistics Korea, which has a fast and robust delivery network, and R6B, which has experience with large-scale projects generating over 300 million yen in monthly sales.
In the first session, Yuuki Sakata, Sales Manager at R6B, will introduce new e-commerce business models using Shopify and the latest Shopify trends in Japan. The session will also cover strategies for building online shopping malls that successfully appeal to Japanese consumers.
In the second session, Chul-eun Choi, Head of Sales at SAGAWA Logistics Korea, will explain the differences in logistics processes between Korea and Japan and share important considerations when entering the Japanese market. Various logistics services supporting Korean companies' entry into Japan will be introduced, and solutions to logistics challenges will be discussed.
In the final session, Ki-joo Lee, Business Operation Manager at Datarize, will present on entering the Japanese market through building proprietary malls and the importance of CRM. The session will emphasize why CRM is gaining attention in Japan and share real customer cases that succeeded through CRM, highlighting how crucial CRM strategies are for establishing long-term relationships with Japanese consumers.
The webinar will be free of charge and held online from 3 PM on the 21st. Questions can be submitted in advance, and a Q&A session will be provided to address inquiries about the Japanese market.
