KT Announces 500 KRW Cash Dividend Per Share for Q3... Totaling 122.9 Billion KRW

KT announced on the 15th that it has decided to set the third-quarter dividend at 500 KRW per share.
The total amount is 122.9 billion KRW, with a dividend yield of 1.2%. The record date for dividends is September 30, and the dividend payment date is scheduled for the 31st.
KT stated that it canceled treasury shares worth 27.1 billion KRW in February to enhance shareholder value, and in May, it canceled treasury shares worth approximately 178.9 billion KRW, equivalent to 2% of the total issued shares.
KT also mentioned that the introduction of quarterly dividends is part of its shareholder return policy. It paid a cash dividend of 500 KRW per share in the first and second quarters of this year as well.
KT shareholders can verify their shareholder status on the KT website via PC or mobile starting today to check the third-quarter dividend.
