Cheonan Trade Delegation Holds 'K-Consumer Goods Export Consultation' in Europe
Export Consultations Reach $18.33 Million, Contract Promotion Achieves $5.14 Million
Cheonan City in Chungnam recently took a full-scale step to develop the European market by holding the 'K-Consumer Goods Export Consultation' in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

This 'K-Consumer Goods Export Consultation Meeting,' supported by Cheonan City and jointly organized by the KOTRA Daejeon-Chungnam Support Center Cheonan Branch and local trade offices, was held on the 1st in the UK and on the 3rd in the Netherlands (local time). The event achieved export consultations worth USD 18.33 million and contract negotiations amounting to USD 5.14 million.
The trade delegation included five promising local export companies: CS Company, Juan FC Co., Ltd., GL Packaging, Manacos Co., Ltd., and Brise. These companies showcased a variety of product lines.
In addition to supporting trade delegations, Cheonan City is also implementing various export support programs for local small and medium-sized enterprises, such as export insurance support and overseas branch establishment.
A Cheonan City official stated, "This export consultation meeting served as an important opportunity to promote Cheonan's consumer goods industry in the European market," adding, "We will continue to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through ongoing overseas expansion."
