The court explained the sentencing by stating, "The defendant’s acts of supplying, distributing, and selling obscene videos and images without classification ratings through the internet, which has high accessibility and propagation, are serious offenses. However, considering comprehensively that the defendant is a first-time offender with no prior criminal record, has admitted to the crime, and has pledged not to reoffend," the sentence was determined.
