Korean Air New Foreign Flight Attendants Experience Korean Culture
Korean Air announced on the 11th that it held a Korean culture experience event for new foreign cabin crew members. This program is designed to provide an opportunity to learn about Korean culture and values, as well as the company's corporate culture, and is conducted in three sessions for crew members who joined this year. In August, the event was held for new Japanese crew members at the Korean Traditional Culture and Etiquette Center in Seo-gu, Incheon, and earlier this month, new Southeast Asian crew members participated at Namsangol Hanok Village in Jung-gu, Seoul. In December, new Chinese crew members are scheduled to participate. Korean Air hired foreign cabin crew members for the first time in four years since October 2019. This year, 85 foreign crew members were hired, and about 200 more will be recruited next year.
