The Gwangju City Sustainable Development Council in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 7th that it has successfully completed the 'SDGs Carbon Neutrality Visiting Environmental Education,' co-hosted with the Gwangju Hanam Office of Education.

With the participation of 10 professional instructors, students gained in-depth knowledge about the importance of carbon neutrality and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Based on what they learned during the course, they practiced various ways to reduce their carbon footprint and protect the environment in everyday life, such as saving energy, recycling resources, and using public transportation.
In particular, the students who participated in the education program were reminded of the necessity of environmental protection, serving as an opportunity to ensure continuous environmental education contributes to achieving carbon neutrality.
