Hanam City Council to Hold Meetings with Heads of Related Organizations by Neighborhood Until the End of This Month
Leaders of related organizations and city council members in Deokpung 2-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi Province, are taking a commemorative photo after a meeting held on the 2nd.
The Hanam City Council in Gyeonggi announced on the 3rd that it will hold meetings with heads of related organizations from 12 administrative welfare centers in the districts until the end of this month to listen to opinions on local issues.
The meeting schedule started on the 2nd with Deokpung 2-dong, Deokpung 3-dong, and Sinjang 1-dong, followed by Gambuk-dong and Cheonhyeon-dong on the 7th, Wirye-dong, Choi-dong, and Sinjang 2-dong on the 8th, Gam-il-dong on the 10th, and Misa 1-dong and Misa 2-dong on the 11th.
Chungung-dong, Deokpung 1-dong, and Misa 3-dong, which were originally scheduled to hold meetings on the 1st, will reschedule for the end of this month due to the designation of Armed Forces Day as a temporary holiday and the temporary council session schedule.
The meetings will include participation from related organizations such as the district heads, residents' autonomy committees, neighborhood leaders, Saemaul associations, Saemaul women's associations, Barugesalgi associations, defense councils, community security councils, local autonomous disaster prevention teams, and sports councils.
The city council plans to share the status of major projects by district during these meetings and listen to residents' vivid opinions through open discussions.
