Yangju City, Youth Week Event Celebrating 5th Anniversary of 'Yangju Youth Center' from 14th to 25th
Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 2nd that it will hold the "2024 Yangju Youth Week Event" from the 14th to the 25th to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the opening of the "Yangju Youth Center."
Under the theme "From the 5th, young people who want to achieve their dreams, come to the Yangju Youth Center from the 5th!", this event was planned with the direct participation of youth network cultural artists and youth committee members in the event planning process.
On the 21st, a performance by young musicians will be held at the Yangju Youth Center.
After the performance, a meeting titled "Voices of Youth with the Mayor, Talking about the Future of Yangju" will be held to listen to the problems and concerns of young people and find solutions together.
Additionally, diverse weekly programs will be presented under five keywords: ▲ Communication (meeting with the mayor) ▲ Harmony (finding youth clubs and hobby groups) ▲ Participation (operation of youth policy proposal channels) ▲ Experience (special one-day classes) ▲ Luck (5th anniversary commemorative events).
An event called "Fill it up, Let us know, Join us," which provides beverage coupons to participants, will also be held.
