Netflix to Produce 'Good News' Directed by Byun Sung-hyun Starring Sol Kyung-gu
Online video service (OTT) Netflix announced on the 27th that it will produce the movie 'Good News'.
'Good News' is a story about people carrying out a secret operation surrounding a 1970 passenger plane hijacking incident. Director Byun Sung-hyun, who directed the movie 'The Outlaws' (2017), 'Kingmaker' (2022), and the Netflix film 'Gilboksoon', will take the helm.

Actor Seol Kyung-gu plays a fixer whose identity is unknown but appears whenever necessary to resolve incidents. This marks his fourth collaboration with Director Byun. Rising star Hong Kyung takes on the role of an Air Force lieutenant involved in the secret operation, and Ryu Seung-beom plays a government official controlling the command of all operations.
