Under the slogan "Sharing Happiness with Icheon Ginseng, Sharing Health with Icheon Ginseng," the festival, co-hosted by the city and the Donggyeonggi Ginseng Agricultural Cooperative, offers various programs including experiences, performances, and exhibitions, where visitors can also find 6-year-old ginseng harvested in season.
On the opening day, the 25th, the ceremony and a congratulatory performance by a guest singer will take place. Festival visitors can enjoy a variety of activities beyond purchasing ginseng, such as ginseng foot baths, acupuncture with Sujichim, selecting ginseng seeds, guessing ginseng weight, face painting, and various ginseng dishes.
