Titleist GT Series, Powerful Metal Line
GT Driver 3 Types and Fairway Wood 2 Types
Performance Clubs Containing Five Technologies and Know-How
Boasting Excellent Impact Sound and Outstanding Forgiveness
Titleist has introduced a new metal series for the first time in two years.
It was launched simultaneously worldwide on the 23rd of last month. The lineup includes three GT drivers (GT2, GT3, GT4) and two GT fairway woods (GT2, GT3). GT stands for Generational Technology. The GT series incorporates five key technologies and expertise. It features a Seamless Thermoform Crown that delivers excellent sound and feel at impact. Strategic weight distribution optimizes the center of gravity to send the ball farther and provides a high moment of inertia (MOI).
The sleek, seamless head design is impressive. It reduces air resistance, resulting in faster ball speed and increased distance. Enhanced Speed Ring and Variable Face Thickness (VFT) technologies combine to deliver maximum speed and very fast impact. Titleist developed the product by gathering feedback from tour players during the prototype phase before the official launch. Similarly, the GT series collected input from top tour players worldwide before release, and based on feedback requesting a design that aids alignment, new graphics were applied to the face.
The GT series has already been proven. It made its debut at the PGA Tour Memorial Tournament held in June. At last month’s Genesis Scottish Open, over 100 PGA Tour players switched to GT drivers for the competition.

Max Homa (USA), who uses the GT3, said, "It’s the perfect driver that produces low spin and high launch. Even when hitting low shots, the ball shows a perfect trajectory due to the low spin." Will Zalatoris (USA), who carries the GT2 in his caddie bag, also commented, "Above all, the feel at impact was excellent. It felt very solid yet fast, and the ball speed increased, resulting in a 6 to 7-yard increase in carry distance." The GT series is available at official Titleist club dealers nationwide.
