KB Asset Management Launches 'KB Didim Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund'
On the 25th, KB Asset Management launched the 'KB Didim Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund.'
The Didim Fund is an asset allocation fund that diversifies investments across various assets such as global stocks and bonds to ensure stability while pursuing returns higher than regular deposits. The Korea Financial Investment Association and asset management companies have been jointly preparing to launch the Didim Fund since the beginning of this year.
The fund features an asset allocation strategy similar to the diversified investment approach used by pension funds and mutual aid associations, aiming for stable performance suitable for pension investors. It is specially designed to help prepare retirement funds. The name Didim Fund also carries the meaning of being a 'stepping stone' for retirement preparation.
The KB Didim Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund is a global asset allocation specialized fund that flexibly adjusts the proportions of stocks and bonds according to market conditions. While securing stable interest income through bond investments, it flexibly adjusts the stock ratio within the range of 30-50% to pursue excess returns.
By investing in domestic and international representative index Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), and considering global regions, sectors, styles, and themes, it offers not only broad diversification effects but also the potential for alpha returns.
Lee Seok-hee, Head of Pension WM Division at KB Asset Management, said, "KB Asset Management has an optimized asset allocation management system utilizing its own research capabilities. The KB Didim Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund will be a good investment alternative not only for pension subscribers who require long-term investment but also for conservative investors who prefer deposits."
The KB Didim Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund is available for subscription through KB Securities, Mirae Asset Securities, Woori Investment & Securities, Hanwha Investment & Securities, Hyundai Motor Securities, and others.
