SRT Train Operations Adjusted Due to Heavy Rain...Service Suspended on Some Sections
SR, the operator of the Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT), announced on the 21st that the operation of some trains is being adjusted and delayed due to heavy rain.
As of 5:30 PM on the same day, trains on the Gyeongbu High-Speed Line (Suseo?Busan), Honam High-Speed Line (Suseo?Mokpo), and Donghae Line (Suseo?Pohang) are delayed by approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
Some trains on the Gyeongjeon Line (Suseo?Jinju) have suspended operations on the Dongdaegu?Jinju section due to the risk of track washout.
On the Jeolla Line (Suseo?Yeosu Expo), some trains between Iksan and Yeosu Expo will operate only up to Suncheon Station from Suseo due to concerns about landslide risks.
Tickets for unused sections will be automatically refunded without any penalty fees.
