Kim Deok-hyun, the governor of Yeoncheon County, Gyeonggi Province, visited 12 military units under his jurisdiction from the 9th to the 12th ahead of the Chuseok holiday to deliver consolation money and encourage the soldiers who are carrying out their duties for national security and social order activities.
