Osan-si Hosts Payback Event for Local Currency 'Osaekjeon' in Celebration of Chuseok
10% Osaekjeon Reward on Spending Amount
Osan City in Gyeonggi Province is holding a payback event for the local currency 'Osaekjeon' until the 14th to promote consumption at small business stores in celebration of Chuseok.
Organized by the Osan Small Business Association, this event offers consumers a 10% payback in Osaekjeon or other forms when they spend a total of 50,000 won or more at small business stores in Osan (excluding large marts and entertainment establishments).
The payback will be provided starting from the 12th. Customers who bring their paper receipts and submit them at the exchange booth located at the back entrance on the first floor of City Hall will receive ▲ a gift worth 5,000 won for purchases over 50,000 won ▲ and for payments between 100,000 and 300,000 won, 10% of the payment amount in Osaekjeon for every 50,000 won spent.

The Osan Small Business Association stated, "This event was organized to encourage consumers who have shifted to large commercial districts in neighboring cities to return to Osan's commercial area and to provide fair opportunities for all small business owners."
