Uljin County Conducts Joint Safety Inspection at the 33rd Korea Forestry Successors National Festival Venue
Uljin County in North Gyeongsang Province conducted a joint safety inspection on June 4 to prevent accidents at the venue of the 33rd National Conference of Korea Forestry Successors, which will be held at Wangpicheon Park in Geunnam-myeon.

View original imageThis safety inspection was carried out jointly with experts from related organizations, including Uljin County, North Gyeongsang Province, Uljin Police Station, Uljin Fire Station, and the Korea Electrical and Gas Safety Corporation.
The main inspection items focused on using the local festival safety management checklist to examine the safety management status of facilities, as well as the electricity, gas, and fire safety facilities installed in booths at the event site. Special attention was given to identifying risk factors for safety accidents related to crowd dispersion measures during celebratory performances.
In particular, any issues identified during the joint inspection were immediately reported to the event organizers, with on-site corrective actions requested, and further improvements required before the festival begins.
County Governor Son Byeongbok stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure a safe festival by proactively eliminating risk factors, not only for the facilities at the venue but also for the electricity, gas, and fire safety systems."
