Following this, a Q&A session was held where employees could spontaneously ask questions about issues they were curious about or found challenging, allowing for broad communication and empathy ranging from personal concerns to policy directions.
Additionally, the event featured cultural programs such as a play themed on integrity and a fusion flute performance, providing an opportunity for staff to bond and recharge both physically and mentally from work-related fatigue.
Governor Kim Kwangyeol emphasized, "The strength and potential of an organization lie in unity based on communication and empathy," and added, "If we can all agree that integrity is the highest value we pursue and put it into practice, a new and better Yeongdeok is not a distant future."
