Investment Agreement for 40,000㎡ Site at Techno Valley 2nd General Industrial Complex
Cowell Fashion Co., Ltd., which signed an investment agreement worth 220 billion KRW in Wanju-gun, Jeonbuk in 2022, has decided to invest in Wanju once again.
According to Wanju-gun on the 29th, an investment agreement was signed at the Jeonbuk Provincial Office with Governor Kim Kwan-young, Wanju County Mayor Yoo Hee-tae, and Cowell Fashion CEO Choi Yong-seok in attendance.
Cowell Fashion Co., Ltd., a KOSDAQ-listed company, signed an investment agreement with Wanju-gun in December 2022. The company decided to relocate the headquarters of Logen Co., Ltd., playing a pivotal role in making Wanju-gun a logistics hub.
On the 28th, Cowell Fashion Co., Ltd., Jeonbuk Province, and Wanju County signed an investment agreement.

With this new investment, Cowell Fashion Co., Ltd. will establish logistics and clothing sales facilities on approximately 40,000㎡ of support facility land within the Wanju Techno Valley 2nd General Industrial Complex. This is expected to contribute to local job creation and economic revitalization.
Wanju-gun will spare no administrative and financial support to ensure smooth investment implementation by the company. Amid continuous corporate attraction to the support facility land in the Techno Valley 2nd General Industrial Complex, about 40,000㎡ out of the total 60,000㎡ area has been sold through this agreement.
