"Need to Have a Flower Crab Party Once More"... Lotte Mart Lowers Flower Crab Prices Further
Selling Price 22 Won Lower Than Last Week's 893 Won in Jeonju
Available at 871 Won from the 29th to the 4th of Next Month
From the 29th to the 4th of next month, Lotte Mart will sell fresh seasonal autumn blue crabs at 871 KRW per 100 grams (g) at all Lotte Mart stores for 7 days.
This price reflects a 20% discount from the regular price of 1,210 KRW as part of the 2024 Fisheries Promotion Campaign in collaboration with the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, plus an additional 10% discount when paying with promotional cards (Lotte, Shinhan, NH Nonghyup cards).

View original imageLast week, Lotte Mart began selling autumn blue crabs after the closed season, offering them at 893 KRW per 100 grams, the lowest price in the past five years. This week, the price has been further reduced by 22 KRW to an ultra-special price of 871 KRW per 100 grams compared to the previous week.
The reason Lotte Mart focuses on the blue crab promotion is that fresh products like these highlight the strengths of offline stores amid the rapid growth of e-commerce. The blue crabs sold by Lotte Mart are caught from early dawn to morning on the same day, stunned in cold water below 5℃, covered with sawdust, and immediately delivered to stores nationwide, ensuring excellent freshness.
This is Lotte Mart’s competitive edge, made possible by a well-established local network and operational know-how that are difficult to build quickly, an excellent logistics system, and strict quality control processes. This time, in response to customers’ increased sensitivity to prices due to prolonged high inflation, the event is prepared at an ultra-low price level to fully deliver both product quality and price benefits.

Yoon Byung-su, Head of Fresh Division 2 at Lotte Mart, said, “After last week’s blue crab sales, customer response was so enthusiastic that open runs occurred due to freshness and low prices. This time, we set the price aiming for the lowest both online and offline, so we hope customers can enjoy fresh seasonal autumn blue crabs without any burden.”
