Cooperating to Provide Customized Logistics Services for Domestic Importers
The Korea Importers Association announced on the 28th that it has signed a business agreement with FedEx to strengthen support for domestic import companies. FedEx is one of the world's largest express delivery companies with an extensive network in over 220 countries and regions.
Through this business agreement, the Korea Importers Association and FedEx plan to collaborate in providing customized logistics services tailored to the needs of domestic import companies. In particular, FedEx will offer up to an 80% discount on shipping fees to members of the Korea Importers Association until June next year, and provide mobile gift certificates worth up to 80,000 KRW until the end of this year.
Kim Byung-kwan, Chairman of the Korea Importers Association, stated, “This business agreement between the Korea Importers Association, which contributes to national industrial development and export competitiveness through global supply chain stabilization, and FedEx, which has an extensive logistics network and expertise, is expected to greatly help import companies utilize various logistics services and reduce logistics costs.”
