Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 28th that it has published the first collection catalog, "Donggam (同感)," since the opening of the United Nations Forces First Battle Memorial Hall.

The catalog contains traces of battles found in Osan Jukmiryeong Peace Park, a former battlefield, as well as collected materials accumulated over the past decade. The catalog allows readers to verify the participation process of the Smith Special Mission Unit and the list of over 540 veterans who fought in the war.
The photographs of the collection in this catalog were taken by photographer Rami Hyun (Hyun Hyoje), who leads the "Project Soldier," which involves meeting and photographing surviving Korean War veterans in person.
The catalog is composed of ▲The Korean War and the Battle of Osan Jukmiryeong ▲540 veterans of the Smith Special Mission Unit ▲The shared and recorded memory repository for peace, the United Nations Forces First Battle Memorial Hall ▲Traces of heroes, artifacts excavated from Jukmiryeong.
The collection catalog will be distributed to national and public libraries nationwide and over 80 memorial facilities, and it can also be accessed as an e-book through the integrated website of "Jukmiryeong Peace Park."
