'15% Discount Benefit, Eunpyeong Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' to be Issued on the 2nd of Next Month
Per-Person Purchase Limit of 100,000 KRW per Month, Holding Limit of 1,000,000 KRW
Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) is issuing the ‘Eunpyeong Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate’ at a 15% discounted price.
The Eunpyeong Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate is a mobile-only voucher usable on Eunpyeong-gu’s public delivery app ‘Ttaenggyeoyo,’ and this time it will be issued at 10 a.m. on the 2nd of next month. Local small business owners can reduce the burden of high delivery brokerage fees, and consumers can use the public delivery app at a discounted price.
Eunpyeong-gu has been issuing the certificates since last May, with a total scale of 300 million KRW by issuing 50 million KRW monthly until October this year. The Eunpyeong Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates issued until last month were sold out on the day of issuance.
The gift certificates can be purchased on the ‘Seoulpay+’ app at a 15% discounted price, up to a maximum of 100,000 KRW per person.
In order to lower the brokerage fees for affiliated stores using the delivery app and help increase sales, Eunpyeong-gu signed a business agreement with Shinhan Bank, the operator of ‘Ttaenggyeoyo,’ in September last year. Through this agreement, affiliated stores receive benefits such as a low brokerage fee of 2%, no advertising fees, no monthly fixed fees, and no store entry fees.
Additionally, to commemorate the launch of the ‘Eunpyeong Ttaenggyeoyo’ service, Shinhan Bank provides up to 300,000 KRW in ‘Owner Support Funds’ to allow local affiliated stores to conduct marketing through issuing their own coupons. The store entry procedure can be completed by accessing the ‘Ttaenggyeoyo Owner Lounge’ website and applying.
