Special Zone Foundation "Relay Fund Roadshow... Investment Matching for Special Zone Companies"
The Research and Development Special Zone Promotion Foundation announced on the 26th that it will hold a relay-style ‘2024 Investment Fund Roadshow and Matching Consultation (hereinafter Fund Roadshow)’ at the Daedeok Tech Biz Center from this month until October.
The Fund Roadshow will be held three times in total to support investment attraction for special zone companies in the semiconductor, deep tech, and biohealth sectors.
The first event will take place on the 29th of this month. On that day, four fund companies including Aju IB Investment, Daedeok Venture Partners, Wonik Investment Partners, and Intops Investment will hold an ‘Open Fund Briefing’ to directly explain their main investment targets and fund management plans. In addition, a ‘1-on-1 consultation’ between pre-matched investors and special zone companies will be held to help strategic investment attraction for the special zone companies.
Subsequently, on the 26th of next month (2nd round), the Fund Roadshow will be held targeting deep tech companies, and on October 31st (3rd round), it will be held for companies focused on biohealth technology.
The Special Zone Foundation planned the Fund Roadshow in a way to strategically discover and match special zone companies suitable for the size and technology field of companies considering the main investment targets of the funds, breaking away from the limitations (one-time events) of existing IR events.
