Recruitment of Applicants for the 2nd Gumi City Excellent Tourism Souvenir Contest

Gumi City in North Gyeongsang Province is recruiting applicants for the 2nd round of Excellent Tourism Souvenir selection, aiming to discover outstanding tourism souvenirs that highlight the region's unique characteristics and to revitalize the local economy.
The selection of excellent tourism souvenirs is conducted to discover creative and high-quality products that reflect the region's identity and charm, thereby increasing visitor satisfaction and enhancing tourism competitiveness.
This contest is open to any individual or business with a business registration located in Gumi City. Eligible souvenirs must be marketable products that reflect the city's history, culture, festivals, and tourism resources.
Selected businesses will have the opportunity to operate a souvenir sales booth at the Ramen Festival, which will be held around Gumi Station in November. They will also be given the chance to enter the Gumi City tourism souvenir shop, scheduled to open in the first half of 2025.
The application period runs from September 19 to 25. Interested businesses should submit the required documents and souvenir (finished product) either in person at the Gumi City Hall Romantic Tourism Division or by mail.
