BNK Busan Bank Selects Preferred Companies for 'BNK Franchise Loan'
Franchise Wonkatsu, Pujutgan, Homac
Up to 100 Million KRW in Unsecured Loans Available
BNK Busan Bank (Bang Seongbin) held an agreement ceremony to select 'Wonkatsu', 'Pujutgan', and 'Homac', leading franchise companies in Busan, as preferred partners for the 'BNK Franchise Loan'.
The 'BNK Franchise Loan' is a loan product that evaluates the financial soundness and future growth potential of franchise headquarters, selects outstanding franchise branches, and provides preferential interest rates and other benefits to current and prospective franchise owners.
This loan is divided into several types depending on the collateral, such as credit loans, commercial lease deposit loans, real estate secured loans, and guarantee-backed loans. In the case of credit loans, up to 100 million KRW can be provided.
The three companies selected through this agreement share the common traits of being led by young entrepreneurs in their early thirties and having achieved rapid growth based in the local area. 'Wonkatsu' operates 21 franchise locations specializing in pork cutlet, while 'Pujutgan' is a pork specialty restaurant with 134 stores in operation. 'Homac', with 130 franchise branches, has gained popularity for its unique combination of hotteok and beer.
Lee Jaewon, Head of Retail Customer Department at Busan Bank, said, "Busan Bank will continue to discover practical financial services that can foster mutual growth with local small business owners."
