21 Additional Residents to Join in the Second Half of the Year... Training to Begin Next Month
In the second half of the year, 21 applicants applied to training hospitals nationwide for additional residency recruitment.
According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the 19th, the recruitment for the second half of the year, which closed on the 16th, received a total of 21 applications, including 4 interns and 17 residents. Among them, 7 applicants were from Seoul's 'Big 5' hospitals.
Including the 104 residents who applied by last month, a total of 125 applicants have applied. There are 17 interns and 108 residents. The Big 5 hospitals accounted for 52 applicants.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare stated, "Each hospital will conduct interviews and other recruitment procedures during this month, decide on successful candidates, and the second half of the training will begin from the 1st of next month."
