According to the police on the 16th, the Gangnam Police Station transferred 54 complaints and accusations related to Happy Money gift certificates to the Financial Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the 14th.
Buyers of Happy Money gift certificates filed complaints with the police accusing Ryu Seung-seon, CEO of Happy Money I&C, of fraud, claiming they were unable to receive refunds and their usage was suspended due to the settlement delay issues of Tmon and Wemakeprice.
