'Art Valley Asan Sinjeongho Summer Festival' Ready to Go
Starlight Music Festival and Rock Festival to Be Held from 14th to 18th
Asan City in Chungnam is accelerating its final preparations for the successful hosting of the 'Art Valley Asan Sinjeongho SUMMER FESTIVAL,' where visitors can fully enjoy the romance of a midsummer night.
The Sinjeongho Summer Festival, which will be held from the 14th to the 18th, will feature the 3rd Sinjeongho Art Valley Starlight Music Festival, the Art Valley Asan 3rd ROCK Festival (paid admission), and the moving Chungmugong Media Art 'Asan: Return of the Hero,' among other events.
On the 14th and 15th, when the 3rd Sinjeongho Art Valley Starlight Music Festival takes place, a variety of local artists will participate alongside Sohyang and Liberante.
The paid 'Art Valley Asan 3rd ROCK Festival' will heat up the midsummer nights with Kim Feel and Park Ki-young on the 16th, Romantic Punch and Car the Garden on the 17th, and Cherry Filter and Kim Changwan Band on the 18th.
During the festival, the city has also prepared a cool zone, food trucks, flea market, as well as emergency rescue personnel and ambulances for those suffering from heat-related illnesses at the Sinjeongho Outdoor Music Hall.
Mayor Park Kyung-gwi said, "This summer is especially hot, so we are thoroughly preparing for the possibility of heat-related incidents," and added, "We will do our best to ensure citizens can enjoy a safe and enjoyable festival through comprehensive safety management plans and event preparations."
