Hana Bank Operates Temporary Shelter for Victims of Electric Vehicle Fire in Cheongna
Hana Bank announced on the 5th that it will carry out emergency relief activities for disaster victims affected by the apartment fire in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
To support the victims affected by the fire, Hana Bank will operate 100 temporary shelter rooms at ‘Hana Global Campus,’ the Hana Financial Group training center located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
The temporary shelters set up at the group training center ‘Hana Global Campus’ are individual rooms with private bathrooms, accommodating families of four. Since electricity and water supply are not functioning normally in the Cheongna-dong apartments where the fire occurred, these shelters will be used as evacuation centers for the affected victims.
In addition, Hana Bank has opened shared facilities such as laundry and dining areas within ‘Hana Global Campus’ and provided essential daily necessities including ▲toiletries ▲detergents ▲toilet paper ▲drinking water to ensure that the victims can stay comfortably without inconvenience.
A Hana Bank official stated, “We made an urgent decision to utilize the group training center as a temporary shelter for victims affected by the apartment fire in Cheongna-dong, Incheon,” adding, “We will do our best to fulfill the social responsibility and role of finance to provide practical help and support to the local community during this difficult time.”
