Sacheon City Achieves Top Performance in Management Evaluation of Funded Institutions
Management and Business Performance in Two Areas
Conducted with 55 Detailed Indicators
The Sacheon City Welfare and Youth Foundation in Gyeongnam announced on the 5th that it achieved an 'A grade' in the 2024 (2023 performance) management performance evaluation conducted by Sacheon City for its affiliated institutions.
This evaluation was carried out for institutions established by local governments and designated and announced by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The commissioned institution, Kyungil Social Management Research Institute, was responsible for the management evaluation.
The management evaluation was conducted using 55 detailed indicators in two areas: management administration and management performance, and was divided into five grades, from the highest 'A' grade to the lowest 'E' grade.
The Sacheon City Welfare and Youth Foundation was evaluated as having enhanced cooperation between executives and employees to achieve key goals, focusing on community welfare and youth services. As a result, both the institution and its head received an 'A grade' in the evaluation.
In particular, the Foundation's transformation into a future-oriented organization through ESG management also contributed to achieving the 'A grade' this time.
CEO Park Jaeryeong said, "This achievement is the result of the best efforts of all executives and employees in their respective positions. We will continue to strive to be a growing foundation that contributes to the local community through ongoing management improvement."
