Pyeongtaek Port Authority Offers 'Free Marine Leisure Experience Vouchers' to Pregnant and Childbearing Families
Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority will provide free marine leisure experience vouchers to households with newborns or expecting a baby.
View original imageThe Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority will provide Gyeonggi Marine Leisure Experience Vouchers on a first-come, first-served basis to 200 households that have given birth or are expecting to give birth within the province.
Eligible applicants are households registered as residents in Gyeonggi Province as of August 1st of this year, who are expecting to give birth or have given birth within the past two years.
Applications are open from the 5th to the 16th of this month, and required documents include the application form, consent form for the collection and use of personal information, and a copy of the resident registration.
Households expecting a child must submit documents verifying pregnancy via email to (gppcbada@gppc.or.kr).

Kim Seok-gu, President of Pyeongtaek Port Authority, stated, "As a public institution within the province, Pyeongtaek Port Authority is implementing various policies as pilot projects to proactively address the climate crisis through Gyeonggi RE100 and tackle the low birthrate issue in the province."

In addition to addressing the low birthrate, Pyeongtaek Port Authority plans to promote a social service program in the second half of this year that involves joint participation by employees and the private sector to solve aging population issues.
