Through this, the county hopes to foster a culture of mutual respect and consideration in civil affairs services.
County Governor Kim Yuncheol stated, "A valuable suggestion was made during the recent meeting to protect pregnant staff members, who may be more vulnerable among our civil servants, and we decided to implement it immediately." He added, "We will continue to introduce new policies to create a safer working environment for civil servants handling civil affairs."
