Promotion of 'DDM101' Employee Healing Program in 6 Sessions This Second Half of the Year
Korean Dessert, Kayaking, Traditional Liquor Experience... Gain a Sense of Achievement and Relieve Stress
Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) is promoting the healing program ‘DDM101’ in the second half of the year following the first half, to relieve employees' work stress and create a lively workplace atmosphere.
Reflecting the opinions from last year's survey on healing education for civil service officers, the district conducted experiences such as pottery, baking, and diffuser making for employees from February to May this year. Choi, a 30-year-old employee who participated in the diffuser experience last April, expressed high satisfaction, saying, “I had a truly healing time creating ‘my own scent’ by combining various fragrances, escaping from the office.”
In the second half of this year, six popular programs including ▲terrarium ▲kayaking ▲traditional Korean dessert ▲handmade dog treats ▲futsal ▲traditional liquor will be offered to support experiences tailored to individual preferences. Each program has a capacity of 20 to 30 people, and participation is available through first-come, first-served registration before the training.
In addition to ‘DDM101,’ Dongdaemun-gu is promoting various projects such as the Rest (休) program and cultural emotional outings to relieve employees' work stress and restore mental health.
