KMA Issues Heavy Rain Warnings for Incheon Ganghwa, Gyeonggi Paju, and Yeoncheon

The Korea Meteorological Administration announced on the 17th at 8:30 PM that a heavy rain warning will be issued for Ganghwa in Incheon, and Paju and Yeoncheon in Gyeonggi Province.
