KB Kookmin Bank Develops Alternative Credit Scoring Model Using 'KB Live M' Telecommunication Data
KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 12th that it has developed an alternative credit evaluation model using communication data from its own mobile communication service, KB Liiv M (KB Liiv Mobile).
Previously, alternative credit evaluations using communication data were only available to customers of the three major mobile carriers, but with the development of this evaluation model, the scope has been expanded to include KB Liiv Mobile subscribers.
Among KB Liiv Mobile customers, more precise credit evaluations can now be conducted based on communication data such as billing, payment, and non-payment when applying for the 'KB Cheoeum EASY Credit Loan,' targeting young adults, housewives, retirees, and others with limited financial transaction history.
