Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation Currency Museum Hosts Watercolor Club 'Paper and Brush Strokes' Exhibition
The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation Currency Museum announced on the 10th that it will hold an exhibition by the watercolor club 'Jongi wa Buchil' in the special exhibition hall from the 9th to the 21st of this month.
Jongi wa Buchil will showcase 23 watercolor works at the exhibition. The club consists of about 20 members aged from their 40s to 70s.
While each member pursues their own profession, they have continued their exhibition activities for the 21st time, presenting various works such as everyday scenes, still life, and abstracts to the public. The Currency Museum exhibition will feature award-winning works from this year's Daejeon City Art Exhibition, among others.
The 11 artists participating in this exhibition are Go Hak-gon, Kim Gil-bae, Kim Myung-hee, Park Song-hee, Shin Hee-sook, Yoo Wol-boon, Lee Kyung-sook, Lee Jae-hong, Lim Mi-ok, Jang Hye-rim, and Jung Jong-tae.
The Currency Museum of the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation continues to enhance the cultural and artistic capabilities of the region by holding free exhibitions and vacation experience events as part of its community contribution activities.
