K-Bank Raises Mortgage Loan Interest Rates by 0.1%p
Following major commercial banks, internet banks have also raised mortgage loan interest rates to manage household loans.
According to K-Bank on the 9th, the periodic type (5-year variable) interest rate for apartment mortgage refinancing products was increased by 0.1 percentage points starting that day. As a result, the periodic type interest rate for apartment mortgage loans (based on 5-year financial bonds) rose from 3.41%~5.50% as of the previous day to 3.5%~5.49%, with the lower end increasing by 0.09 percentage points.
K-Bank also raised jeonse loan rates by up to 0.15 percentage points depending on the product.

Meanwhile, Hana Bank raised mortgage loan interest rates by 0.2 percentage points starting from the 1st, KB Kookmin Bank increased household real estate mortgage loan rates by 0.13 percentage points from the 3rd, and Woori Bank plans to raise the 5-year periodic mortgage loan and 2-year fixed-rate jeonse loan interest rates by 0.1 percentage points starting from the 12th.
