Silla University Department of Airline Service Experiences Air Busan Cabin Crew Standby Duty
Hands-on Cabin Crew Job Experience... Enhanced Field Realism
The Department of Aviation Service at Silla University (President Heo Namsik) has completed the 'Air Busan Cabin Crew Standby' program.
On the 28th of last month, students from the Department of Aviation Service at Silla University visited the Air Busan headquarters located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, and participated in the 'Air Busan Cabin Crew Standby' job experience program as part of the LINC 3.0 project group's industry-academia-research capacity enhancement program.
This program consisted of ▲a training center tour and understanding of cabin crew duties ▲A320 DOOR practice ▲emergency evacuation training ▲uniform fitting ▲service practice ▲and a completion ceremony, providing vivid practical experience to the 31 participating students.
Lee Yeonju, a first-year student in the Department of Aviation Service at Silla University who participated in the program, said, "I am delighted to have not only service training at a five-star hotel but also airline job experience training during my first vacation as a university student, thanks to the help of my department professors," and added, "I will participate in various programs and, like my seniors, achieve my dream of becoming an airline cabin crew member and make my department proud."
Lee Beomjin, head of the Silla University LINC 3.0 project group, who planned and supported the industry-academia-research capacity enhancement program, stated, "In order to become a prestigious university that promotes regional coexistence and convergence, our project group is conducting various industry-academia-research capacity enhancement programs and education," and promised, "We will continue to prepare various programs through the local industry-academia cooperation system so that talents nurtured in the region can settle in the region."
