View original imageEarlier this year, KREAM launched the 'My Phone Price' service, allowing users to sell their personally used smartphones and tablet PCs. In partnership with Likewize, an official partner of Apple Korea, the service eliminated the possibility of personal information leakage and provided immediate purchase price information when users entered the condition of their smartphones. In the first half of this year, about 420,000 users checked smartphone prices.
With the newly introduced 'the phon', anyone can purchase top-grade used smartphones that have undergone expert inspection and product refurbishment processes. Concerns about product defects and after-sales service are addressed through 'KREAM Care.' KREAM Care applies to all products purchased through 'the phon' and guarantees free replacement within one year if any issues arise due to device defects.
KREAM plans to handle used smartphones of various price ranges and grades on 'the phon' going forward. Additionally, the platform will expand its scope to include various electronic devices such as tablet PCs and laptops.
