Police Conduct Search and Seizure at LH Headquarters and Others... Suspected Involvement in Illegal Subcontracting
The police have launched a compulsory investigation after determining that executives and employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) were involved in allegations of illegal subcontracting with a specific company.
On the 25th, the Seoul Seocho Police Station announced that they have been conducting raids since the morning at LH headquarters located in Jinju, Gyeongnam, the Incheon branch, and affiliated companies.
The police suspect that illegal subcontracting occurred during the subcontracting process of the repainting project for rental apartments commissioned by LH, and they are working to secure related materials. The project ordered by LH was allegedly illegally subcontracted again.
