View original imageIncheon International Airport Corporation is launching a baggage innovation program in collaboration with the Netherlands' Schiphol Airport and Norway's Avinor Airport.
On the 24th, the corporation announced that it attended the 'FTE Baggage Innovation Expert Group Forum' held on the 12th (local time) in Dublin, Ireland, where it signed a cooperation agreement to launch the joint program 'BOOST' with Schiphol Airport, Avinor Airport, and others.
BOOST is a program designed to shorten technology development time and lead future baggage handling technologies by exchanging the processes and results of technology development and innovation projects pursued by airports such as Incheon Airport.
Starting with this agreement, the airports plan to strengthen mutual cooperation through establishing a baggage innovation roadmap, developing innovation projects, and exchanging technologies. Furthermore, it is expected to accelerate the introduction of innovative baggage technologies and digital transformation currently being promoted by the corporation.
