Efforts to Foster a Culture of Safety Practice Within the Company
Korea Zinc announced on the 24th that it held the awards ceremony for the '4th Korea Zinc Industrial Safety and Health Video Contest' conducted in the first half of this year. This contest is part of Korea Zinc's efforts to encourage employees to raise their awareness of safety and health and to spread a culture of safety practice.

A total of 25 works creatively and effectively expressing the importance of safety and health were submitted to this contest. The winning works were selected through a company-wide employee vote.
In particular, a short-form category featuring videos under one minute was added, and unique videos suited to the characteristics of both the short-form and long-form categories were produced. These videos will be used in Korea Zinc's future safety and health training and various promotional materials.
This year, Korea Zinc is conducting a company-wide safety practice campaign called 'Begin Again: Safety.' On the 27th of last month, the company launched the second Safety Innovation Committee, emphasizing the creation of a management system that prioritizes safety practice-centered management.
