Korea Health Industry Development Institute Holds 'Consulting Day' for Medical Device Companies in Daegu
The Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) Medical Device Industry Comprehensive Support Center announced on the 21st that it will operate the 'KHIDI Consulting Day' for medical device companies over three days from the 21st to the 23rd at Daegu EXCO. The Medical Device Industry Comprehensive Support Center runs various programs ranging from institutional support, operation of key infrastructure, professional consulting, and support projects to help domestic medical device companies commercialize their products and resolve market entry difficulties.
This event was organized to provide step-by-step professional consultations on commercialization topics such as clinical trials, insurance listing, and overseas approvals for medical device companies, and to offer information on the center's major company support programs. In particular, the consultation meeting is held in Daegu, which is easily accessible for companies in the Busan and Gyeongsang regions, to encourage participation from companies in areas where visiting the center is usually difficult and to help resolve their difficulties.
At the beginning of this month, the center accepted advance applications from companies wishing to receive consultations for about two weeks, matched customized experts for each company, and completed approximately 15 company matchings to conduct professional consulting on-site. On-site registration will also be available, allowing companies that did not apply in advance to consult with experts in various fields. However, registration on-site may close depending on the event situation.
