Park Seong-ha, CEO (President) of SK Square, the investment company of SK Group, has reportedly been dismissed.
According to industry sources on the 20th, Park was recently notified of his removal due to underperformance in SK Group's restructuring. The IT industry views this as part of SK Group's restructuring focused on mid-sized holding companies.
SK Square is expected to hold an extraordinary board meeting to proceed with appointing a new CEO. The successor has not yet been decided.
